All used auto parts sold by Melton Auto Wreckers are tested and inspected where reasonably possible before being sold.

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing or invoice, our standard warranty covers the functionality of the part only.

Warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation or fitting
• Damage caused during installation
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, modification or negligence
• Labour, fitting or removal costs
• Diagnostic costs
• Loss of income or other consequential costs
• Parts that have been dismantled, modified or tampered with
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused during transport after the part has been collected or delivered

For mechanical and electrical parts, professional installation is strongly recommended.

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted for used auto parts.

If
we agree to accept a change-of-mind return, the part must be returned
in its original condition and the customer may be responsible for return
freight and reasonable handling costs.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the part at the time of Click & Collect where reasonably possible.

Once the part has been collected, please take reasonable care when transporting, handling and installing it.

Any issue with the part should be reported to us as soon as possible.

warranty, returns or Click & Collect enquiries, please contact us
before attending the premises so we can assist you and have your part
ready for collection.

If you receive an incorrect or
faulty part, please contact Melton Auto Wreckers as soon as possible
with your order details and photographs/videos where applicable.

Returns must be approved by Melton Auto Wreckers before the part is sent back.

Returned parts must be in the same condition as supplied and must not have been dismantled, modified or damaged after purchase.

Where
a return is accepted, we may offer a replacement, repair, credit or
refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
